History

Originally built with Dorval Airport, Place Sims Apts was to house Pilots, flight attendants, and airport workers. It now serves the whole Dorval community and is one of the best built and maintained older buildings in the area. The apartments, lobbies, elevators, and courtyard are in excellent condition. Even the 60 year old mailboxes look brand new. Lobbies and décor have been modernized over the years. The structure was very well built in the first place using better construction and has been maintained in top notch condition and even improved. We even have one tenant who moved in when the property was built and still lives there 60 years later.
